Answer: As of January 1, 2010, you can go to all European Union member states (excluding Ireland and the UK), all of the former Yugoslavia, Albania, Russia, Turkey, Iran, Japan, Tunisia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Cuba, Haiti, Guatamala, Honduras, Israel, Peru, and Argentina.
