There are soooo many different types of food out there. Everything except for water / ice has calories in it. Here is a basic list... (all the calorie counts are averages, and for proper serving sizes)

Fruits / Veggies

Apple = 90 Pear = 90

Banana = 110 Grapefruit = 45

Grapes = 60 Pepper = 25

Cucumber = 10 Orange = 60

Tomato = 25 PineApple = 80

Lettuce = 30

Nuts, Breads, Grains

Bread (1 slices) = 80 - 140

Small Dinner Roll = 200 Bagel = 200 (mini) / 300 - 400 (regular)

Peanuts = 190 Walnuts = 230

Cashews = 160 Peanut Butter = 190

Almonds = 210 Macadamia Nuts = 210

Pecans = 200 Rice = 130

Pasta = 200 - 300

Oatmeal = 150 Cereal = 100 - 200

Meat

Chicken = 150 Turkey (deli) = 60 / 140 (regular)

Beef = 200 - 300 Ham (deli) = 80 / 180 (regular)

Pork = 200

Fish = 80 - 140

Cheese

Most is between 90 and 110 per slice.

Dairy

Yogurt = 100 - 160

Skim Milk = 90

2% Milk = 130

1/2 and 1/2 Creamer = 40

Butter = 100 Margarine = 100
