Small Dinner Roll = 200 Bagel = 200 (mini) / 300 - 400 (regular)
Peanuts = 190 Walnuts = 230
Cashews = 160 Peanut Butter = 190
Almonds = 210 Macadamia Nuts = 210
Pecans = 200 Rice = 130
Pasta = 200 - 300
Oatmeal = 150 Cereal = 100 - 200
Meat
Chicken = 150 Turkey (deli) = 60 / 140 (regular)

Cheese
Most is between 90 and 110 per slice.
Dairy
