I am not for sure about the best way but I know that you can use Adobe
Photoshop. It takes a lot of familiarity to efficiently use
Photoshop so if you do not know how to, you might try finding someone who does. Or you might go to some place like Kinkos or a local print shop and they might be able to do it for you if you are not comfortable with doing it yourself.
