Where is the turn signal flasher located at on 91 Honda accord?

The turn signal/hazard relay is by the driver's left foot. There's a little side wall panel on the left side under the dashboard - that's the fuse panel. The turn signal flasher is above the fuse panel farthest to the left above the big square box. The turn signal flasher is about 1-1/8" wide by 7/8"tall and 1-1/2" deep. It's hard to get out with all the other parts around it and you have to spread out the little side clips on each side of the flasher relay to release it. Make sure you have a light - it's hard to see under there even in the day time.
