What if calculators were never invented?

As calculation and calculators go back to the earliest time of man trading, I'm assuming electronic calculator. As the humble electronic calculator is at the heart of every piece of digital electronics, there would be no PCs, Games consoles, lifesaving equipment, Digital TV, Cellphone, SMS, GPS, Space travel, CAD, online shopping and much more.
