yes and do it often with a good sharp blade in the razor. Regrowth will itch the first few times but your skin will get used to being shaved and you will have no further problems, just a clean hairless crotch. Once you start you will most likely not want hair there again. I done mine at fifteen and electrolysis at eighteen. Permanently smooth now.
