Is there enemies in creative and peaceful in Minecraft?

There are no hostile mobs in peaceful mode, but wolves will fight back if you attack them.

On creative mode, hostile mobs are passive, so they aren't technically enemies. They will attack if you hit them, but you're invulnerable anyway.
