How long does Oxycontin 80mg high last?

Usually 80mg OC's are only prescribed to terminally ill patients with a high tolerance for the drug already. I would not recommend taking over 30mg of OC at a time if you don't already have a tolerance; otherwise, there's a good chance you'll get sick and throw up the pill.

That being said, the high for an 80mg depends on your tolerance. With no tolerance, I would expect the effects to last around 6 hours, peaking around 90 minutes.
