The effects of acid rain on rain forests is very bad for the environment. It can cause slower growth, healthy leaves fall of instantly, injury or death of forests. Most foresters didn't used to know that acid rain caused all those problems. Some people think acid raid is deadly, but it wouldn't kill humans, it possibly could kill animals, but not big ones.
