Peugeot expert van heater will not work?

I know the answer to this one, i think. I have an 02 plate Fiat scudo (same van) and the wiring plug that fits to the bottom of the heater blower motor (which is situated under the passenger side dash board about where the fuse box is) keeps coming loose. When it comes loose the blower motor does not work, put when i push the wiring plug at the bottom of the blower motor it works again for about a month. Proper repair would be to get a new block conector i suppose, but i am too lazy and too tight so i will keep wiggling the wire every month.............................
