Are dresses and skirts for women only?

YES! big time yes. Dueteronomy 22:5 "The women shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD they God" Besides, it's disgusting. no! men are able to wear dresses and skirts its just gross.
