Can you put 0g plugs in ear lobe holes stretched to 00g without them falling out?

not really because if the plug is too small for the stretched hole then its bound to fall out, but if you want to go down From 00g to 0g then i advise you should take the plug you have in currently, leave it for a few weeks for it to shrink, then but the 0g plug in.
