What is speratogenesis?

Spermatogenesis is the process by which sperm cells are produced in the testes of males. It involves several stages of cell division and differentiation to ultimately produce mature sperm cells capable of fertilizing an egg. This process is tightly regulated by hormones and takes about 64-72 days to complete.
