I do this:
▪ Run 3 miles a day.
▪ No Sweets/Snacks. Just limit meals(breakfest, lunch, supper)
▪ Limit yourself in all foods. Always look at calories and fat. If possible, eat only 98% fat free food or fat free(sweets, snacks).
▪ How much you lose every week: 5-7 pounds
▪ How much you lose a month: 30-55 pounds
I am currently doing this diet as 6'0 14 year old male that weighs 200 pounds. I'm losing a lot.
Try it. Make sure to gether up a ton of energy before exercising.
