Can you get a milk snake that is naturally little?

Milk snakes are fairly small as far as pet snakes go, but if you happen to find one that has a form of reptile dwarfism, then the answer to your question is "Yes," however, you would be hard pressed to actually find a milk snake that has the condition, since it is exquisitely rare at best.
