Where do you catch a Scyther in Pokemon Yellow?

Scyther is in the Safari zone... but he, and Pinsir, are amazingly difficult to catch. Just wander around in the grassy-areas until you find him. I'd recommend throwing rocks instead of bait. Whenever I try throwing bait, it ALWAYS says "You missed the POKeMON" :(

Scyther can be obtained by either purchasing him with credits from the slot machines in Celadon City, or by catching him in the Safari Zone.
