How Mandodari died in Ramayana?

In the Ramayana, Mandodari, the wife of Ravana, ultimately dies after the fall of Lanka following the battle between Rama and Ravana. Overwhelmed by grief from the loss of her husband and the destruction of her city, she is said to have taken her own life.
