Is 11 stone overweight for 5' 8 woman?

I'm 25 and 5"8, i weigh 11 stone and i do think I'm slightly over weight by around a stone, I say this as i feel more uncomfortable being this weight and when i was 10stone my body was a lot more toned and slender. I really think it depends on your body shape, your bone sizes, your breast size, some people carry weight better than others and it all depends on the individual. My personal opinion is its better to slightly over than under and most men will agree with that : )
