Yes. She married Ptomley XIII, her ten-year-old brother. This was a Ptolemic tradition, and women could not rule without male co-rulers. (Although she did end up ruling alone).
After Ptomley drowned in a battle, Cleopatra had to marry her other youngre brother Ptomley XIV. She later had him assassinated by Marcus.
Julius Ceasar and Mark Antony were her two lovers. She had children with both (one with the earlier, three with the latter). She did not marry Ceasar, although they planned to before he was assassinated, but she did marry Antony.
