What absorbents should you use to remove small oil spills?

Oil may be removed by:

• Absorbents which preferentially absorb oil without getting (water) wet.
• Coagulants which clot the oil into an easier removed gel
• Cryogenic booms which freeze the oil on a metal surface for removal
• Oleophilic tubing systems which draw oil to a removal system
• Booms
• Insitu incineration
