Pancreas actually secrete a hormone named "Pancreatin" which acts on the target organ Stomach to start the secretion of enzymes and the gastric juice which would ultimately help in digestion and assimilation of the food inside the body. It also teleases CCK which helps to constrict the gall bladder to eject the bile too.
