Yes you can depending on if they are locked to the phone e.g if they came with the phone, sometimes they cannot be copied(especially on motorolas) but if they are not locked, you can send them via bluetooth normally you can highlight the ringtone and go into the options of it and either 'send via bluetooth' or 'copy' depending on what phone you have
