Does hydrocodone show up in a urine drug screen?

About ten years ago I took two Tylenol4s on a Saturday and I was pulled for a drug test the next Friday and I tested positive for opiates but I did have a RX for it so it was not a problem. Rootcanal from a dentist.

I am not a Dr but I do know that Hydrocodone 10/325 (for ex) is 10mg Coedine and 325mg Tylenol. Codine has a 1/2 life of about 6 hours.

So if you take one 10/325 Hydrocodone at 6am by noon only about 5mg of Codeine will be in your system.

noon = 5mg

6pm = 2.5mg

12pm =1.25mg

6am the next day even less and even less and so on.

That said if you take 1 hydrocodone on Monday it still might be your urine in 3 days. For me it was almost a week. A week?
