What happens if you use a razor for removing hair?

There won't be any hair there until it grows back, which it will start to do immediately after you shave it off.

If you want the hair gone for more than a day or so, waxing and sugaring, threading, plucking or chemically dissolving it would work.

If you want it gone for good, either laser hair removal (for large areas) or electrolysis (best for fine detail but it will work on large areas if you have a very long time to spend on the technician's treatment bed) will get it gone.
