Is 14 seconds for 100 meters year 7 girls good?

Oh my gosh, yes! If you're running that as an 11 year old, imagine how fast you would be in high school! The average time for an 11 year old girl in the 100m is like, 16-17 seconds or something. So yeah. Keep running and you could be kicking some butt by the time your a freshman in high school.
