hydrocodone is a synthetic opiod it shows up as a synthetic opiod and can cause false positive for natural opiods like codeine and morphine.but none the less yes it will make you positive.

as for the amitryptiiline all that is is a tricyclic antidepressant and is not a narcotic and can not show up as any kind of opioid.
