Adverbs of manner normally occur immediately after the verb or at the end of the clause (or sentence) in question.
Examples:
She dances beautifully.
He speaks English well.
He drives extremely aggressively.
However, in passive constructions the adverb of manner usually goes directly before the main verb.
Example:
He was violently assaulted.
