Here are some tips to help get you in shape though.. by in shape i mean healthy. that is all that matters. If you are concerned because boys/girls aren't interested in you just get involved and take your chances. get a bit of confidence whether that means joining a sports team or the Chess team just get involved. social contact is the best thing for self esteem.
being healthy really doesn't take that much work just remember this because its simple.
Fruit and vegetables are your friend,
don't eat junk every day
drink water because it rocks!
Work up to harder exercise. start by walking around the block, then jog it. and so on and so fowarth
Try joining a gym or playing a sport.
Slimness is mainly down to genetics. if you get active present your self well and be an individual you will be fine. don't follow trends just because your friends are. You are you for a reason. Be it god or taking your place in the universe just don't give up on your self.
The motivation you get from being healthy and active will make you see that being slim means nothing.
