How does Call of Duty 4 end?

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare ends on a crumbling bridge with carnage all over. In the end Zakaehev and two of his guards land and walk down the bridge towards you. On the way, Zakaehev holds a hand-pistol to Gaz's head, and pulls the trigger. Something distracts them, and Captain Price slides a hand-pistol along the floor. Soap (the player character) then has to shoot the guards and Zakaehev. Sergeant Kamarov and some of his men then land in a Heli, and escort you to healthcare and treatment.
