What kind of oil is best for Chevy 2004 blazer with high miles?

I would recommend SAE 10w30 if you drive in temperatures above zero. Below 0 use SAE 5w30. Pennzoil makes a high mileage oil that may be of benefit. I use it in my Toyota that has 125,000 miles on the odometer.
