How do i change a headlight bulb on alpha 147?

I have got a 156 i think they are virtually the same fittings but they are a total pain in the butt to change you need hands the size of a baby to do it!!!no joke!!! All you have yo do is remove the cap on the headlights via the inside (engine) very tight so don't be scared to give it a good twist remove the plug off the back of the bulb release the clip holding the bulb in, the clips can be very tight too so find the top of the metal clip and give it a good push towards you and it should release the bulb becareful when putting the new bulbs in that you don't touch with your fingers especially if the bulbs are H7S OR H1S high beam and low beam bulbs.
