Which area has the biggest horse population?

In the US the states with the biggest horse populations would be Texas, California, Kentucky, Florida, Oklahoma. If we are talking world wide populations the industrialized countries have the most horses. The US, England, Canada, Ireland, Australia, ect. There are more of course but these are the most common.
