Where did the Parable of the Lost Son take place?

The parable is not a true story, so it didn't take place.
In the gospel of Luke chapter 14, immediately before this parable is told, Jesus is eating at the house of a Pharisee, maybe somewhere in Galilee. Probably he is still in the same place when he tells the story of the lost son. The parable is directed at the scribes and pharisees.
