Is the Gorean lifestyle hard

It is the hardest, but most rewarding lifestyle you are ever going to live. The trick is to discern the liveable philosophies from the fantasy elements of the novels. It is (obviously) not possible to ride a "tarn" (an eagle, for anyone who isn't familiar with Gorean fauna) but it is (for an example) very possible to choose to consentually submit to someone who has the ability to live using free choice.
