Yes, there are many religions without holy books. Most religions have holy books because that is the best way to preserve knowledge from one generation to another; however, religion is older than writing, so there are many religions without holy books; for example: the various religions the Native Americans, the old religions of the various African peoples and the religions of the indigenous aborigines of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

Confucianism has bee suggested here as a religion without a holy book, but Confucianism is not properly described as a religion. It is an ethical and philosophical system. Even if you do define Confucianism as a religion, it does include a holy book. Confucius wrote his teachings in the Analects of Confucius.

The modern neo-Pagan religion based on the indigenous religions of ancient Europe might be considered a religions without a holy book, except that leading practitioners keep writing books such as the Book of Shadows.
