Which Caribbean county has the largest white population?

The Cayman Islands presently has the largest European-descended (or expatriate) "white" population, although it can be very difficult to define race in a place like the Caribbean, where people from all over the world came and mixed hundreds of years ago. However, the CIA World Factbook lists The Cayman Islands as having a "white" population of 20%, an ex-patriate population (which is effectively white) of 20%, and a "mixed" population of 40%. ("Blacks" compose 20% of the population.) Therefore it is a rare Caribbean island in that it truly does have a substantial white population.
