No! Don't take them. If you want to download something and it has a quiz or survey, you will get to download it once you complete the survey or quiz but you will end up being charged on something by the end. And when they ask for you phone number they are going to charge you $9.99 a month. If you read the small text at the bottom of the page you can see this. And if they charge you without a warning of some sort then you could sue them.
