How do you apply for the WIA program?

Go to your local Human Resources department. Ask the receptionist if you can speak to someone about the program. They will give you an application to fill out. The main criteria you must have, is that you must be laid off from your job. If you are not sure if you qualify, just ask, they should be able to answer all of your questioins.
