Yes, even more so when they get torn out. Microdermals and experimental piercings that are prone to rejection, accidental tear out and infection. Be sure you are seeing someone who really knows there stuff and has been doing dermals for several years before you get anything done.

Yes they kill but it really depends on how bad u take pain ive had many done and they've all hurt but it may not for u, but also they reject and migrate really bad almost all of mine have migrated but u can always get them redone over the scar tissue which may help it from rejection and heal faster.
