Will your Kansas drivers license be suspended for driving with no insurance if it is your first offense and you were not in an accident?

Anything is possible when it comes to drivers' licenses. It also depends on the judge you get, as well. But from what I've researched on first offenses, they will probably give a large fine to pay, also tack on court costs, and possibly put points on your license. As far as suspension, I really don't think so..not if its your first offense. Word of advice though, get insurance! Try and avoid reasons to give the government more money than it already sucks out of us. Good Luck!b
