Is spirit vinegar halal or haraam?

it is halal...see this link for an answer from a scholar (very important we take knowledge from "authorities" - we wouldn't accept advice on serious medication from a random person only from a qualified one like a doctor. So our religion should be taken more seriously). JazakAllah Khair
