What nation would you get sent to prison if you didnt use your right to vote?

In Australia and New Zealand, you get fined if you fail to go vote. There, you can vote for any Candidate you like and if you don't like any of them, you can vote for "None of the Above" and if None of the Above gets the most Votes, then they cancel the Election, kick out all of the Candidates and rerun the Election with different Candidates.
