Where the OBD plug is for Daewoo espero?

its in the footwell - dont mess with it - its 96 and its the year that obd was first installed no owner service details available , i tried shorting the pins ,like you are supposed to and the power light came on and would not extinguish (car in gear signal) car needed battery boost to start.
