Can you have cigars manufactured in the Dominican Republic shipped to you in Canada what are duties to be paid and in what quantities?

When you buy cigars online you will not actually be buying them from Dominican Republic etc. Cigar shops in Canada have already received the cigars from the manufacturers and will simply send them from their shop to you.
