Does urine absorb back into the system?

Urine is typically not reabsorbed back into the body after it is produced by the kidneys. Instead, it is excreted from the body through the urinary system. However, some substances in urine can be reabsorbed by the kidneys during the filtration process, but this occurs before urine is formed and stored.
