The four chambers of the heart, in order of blood flow, are the right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium, and left ventricle. Blood enters the right atrium from the body, moves to the right ventricle, which pumps it to the lungs for oxygenation. Oxygen-rich blood then flows into the left atrium, moves to the left ventricle, and is finally pumped out to the rest of the body.
