Amy would be, in Wylie, 'e mi. This is assuming one wanted to transliterate in such a way that it would be equivalent to the English pronunciation. 'e means nothing, but the syllable "mi" does mean "human life". Here it is in Tibetan script:

Jason would be je son. "je" can mean "more" and "son" means "seed", so it means "more seed", literally translated, although it would be backwards; Tibetans would say "seed more", or "son je". I reversed the letter "na" at the end of the Word to clarify that this is a name, and from a foreign language.
