for Millionaires there would be 38,000 Millionaires by 2015.

for Billionaires if only Filipino's would be honest to tell their assets it would be approximately 5000 perhaps more! all Senators are billionaire most of the people having business in Makati, Taguig, Cebu, Negros, Davao etc there are over couple Hundreds of billionaires. they just dont want to pay high taxes, and discourage by corruption.
