What is a monks high mass?

It is a time when monks pray and sing hymns in E flat minor (the key of Jesus). Then the priest will talk about the holy lord and recite the Benedictine rules. The priest would then talk about the sins comitted that day and pass on the Lords forgiveness to the sinner.
