Is the legend of el cadejo real?

el cadejo is a big black dog-like animal that roams the streets of El Salvador, Guatemala and it could be anywhere... no one knows where did he came from but some say is that dog that the devil has ....el cadejo has chains hanging from his legs and neck....dogs feels its presence because they start barking to something invisble and BIG it has said that If you get drunk and end up sleeping on the streets it will take you to some other place for you to get lost...el cadejo is real just as real as the legendd of la Llorona...because I seen it and heard it (not lieing)
